The Power of Thought and Words on The Body
By Cynthia E.H. Barnesky
Did you know the average adult human
body is made up of about 50-65% water, averaging around 57-60% and for infants it is much higher,
typically around 75-78% water, then dropping to 65% by one year of age? The Total Body Water is
the total amount of fluid the body expressed
as a percentage of total weight. Water is an essential part of staying
healthy and over half the body consists
of water. It regulates body temperature
and helps eliminate waste.
Did you also know that
thoughts and words can influence the water’s molecular structure? This famous
discovery was simplified by Japanese scientist Dr. Emoto Masaru in his
bestselling book “The Hidden Messages in Water.” (http://free-ebooksdownloadhelper.blogspot.ca/2014/02/the-hidden-messages-in-water-by-masaru.html.)
Dr. Masaru illustrates how thought,
words and action could change the molecular structure of ice water. Positive
thoughts, words and actions made the molecular structure look very beautiful,
just like a snowflake. While negative thought and words made it look like it
has no structure and does not make up any kind of visible form.
If ice water can change, so too can the
water in our bodies. With this in mind, what are your thoughts, words and
action today and every day? Are you using positive thoughts, words, and action towards
yourself and others?
What are negative thoughts, words and
actions really doing to our health? Constant negativity is how our physical,
mental and spiritual self becomes unbalanced; we get sick, our bodies
vulnerable to infections or disease. The body, mind and soul start to shut down
as the molecular structure of
our body’s water lose structure and form.
There are many things you can do to shift
into a more positive worldview. Start by changing the way you think, talk and
act around people. Be loving and supportive through your words, thoughts and
actions. Whether you say it to yourself or others words like: “I love myself
totally and completely,” “You are beautiful,” “Have a fantastic day,” “Can I
give you a hand?” “I love you,” all make a difference. Being positive will have
a healthy effect on your Total Body Water, your body, mind and soul and on the
people around you.
Sharing 50 positive words with you and wishing
you all a positive and enjoyable day filled with peace, love and support.
